If you wish to return a bulk ink or refill kit product for exchange or refund, simply ensure that you return the bottles with at least 75% of the ink. It is important for you to note that the quality of a refilled cartridge does not only depend on the quality of our inks, tools and instructions, but it also depends on the quality of the cartridge you are refilling. Cartridges are moving parts - so of course they do wear and tear. If your cartridge was streaking (leaving lines on the page) before you refilled it, it will most likely continue to perform the same after you refill it since the cartridge itself is probably worn out. The same reasoning applies if you leave an inkjet cartridge empty or idle for a prolonged period of time, the ink can clog the print heads and will affect your ability to revive the cartridge. We do provide cartridge head cleaning solution to help with such situations, but for best performance you should try only refill cartridges right away after they empty (or even just before they completely empty), and you should not leave a cartridge sitting idle for a long time - print at least 1 page a week to keep the ink flowing (even original cartridges with original ink can clog).

It is important for you to note that toner cartridges have moving parts, and they can and do wear out. Usually, an original cartridge can be refilled the 1st time at approximately 95 to 100% the same quality and page yield as the original. The 2nd refill on average will yield about 90% quality and page yield, and the 3rd refill will yield on average about 80% quality and 70% page yield. However, there are rare circumstances that a cartridge wears out faster than the average, and you will know that your cartridge is worn out by noticing streak, spots, dots, lines or other defects on your print outs. If you notice these problems BEFORE you refill, you will most certainly still notice them AFTER you refill, because your cartridge has worn out! You should only refill cartridges that were working well before you refilled them. Follow this simple rule, and you'll have no problems.

Here are the rules to follow for your return:

• You must request a return for refund within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days (45 days for international customers)
• Each return MUST have an RMA number, "a Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Email us at contact@123refills.com to request an RMA number and be sure to indicate the reason for your return
• Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return. One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request a different RMA number for each return. When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. 123Refills.com will not be responsible for any shipping loss
• Include a copy of the RMA authorization email with your return
• Physical damage to the returned product will void the product's warranty and the RMA policy
• All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories
• The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is always responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning a product, as well as insurance. 123Refills.com will not reimburse any customer for the shipping cost of a returned product
• Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return
• Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.
• We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including: Any item that is returned after the 30 day grace period (45 days for international customers), or any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts, any photo paper that has been printed on or used. .

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for a refund if the reason for the return is due to customer error.

Canceled orders or address errors: Canceled orders or address corrections must be called in to 213-784-4955 before 11 a.m. PST. We do not accept emails as a way of cancelling orders. For any refused package or any returns to 123Refills.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card the full amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges. If you wish to have your order redelivered, new shipping charges will apply.
